Boiler Breakdown


Repair to your boiler including: but not limited to:

  • Unlimited callouts
  • Expansion Vessel
  • PCB’s (Main Board)
  • Internal Pump
  • Manifold
  • Heat exchanger
  • Fan
  • Diverter Valve

Carbon Monoxide test
  • We will carry out carbon monoxide test as part of your annual boiler service.
Annual Boiler Service

• A visual check of the boiler

• The boiler being fired safely to identify any working faults
• A flue gas analysis efficiency test
• Opening up the boiler and inspecting it, if necessary
• Checking the flue and ventilation are in accordance with Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations
• Checking and adjusting the system pressure
• Cleaning the condensate trap
• Visually checking and bleeding radiators, if necessary
• A visual check of the hot water cylinder
• Confirmation in writing that the service has been carried out

Central Heating System & Boiler Controls

• Replacement or repair of thermostat and programmer

• External circulating Pump and motorized Zone Valves
• Repair or replacement of radiator valves
• Repair of leaking central heating pipe
• Replacement of repair of external expansion vessels

CHOOSE YOUR EXCESS*

*If you choose to pay £60 excess, then you will be charged £60 excess each time you make a new claim. Excess only applies to initial callout, not to additional visits. If your boiler is more than 7 years old, your monthly instalments will increase by £1.99. 12 months contract

• Pre-existing, system design or installation faults

Weather related faults
• Repair or replacement of the boiler,  should our engineer determines that the boiler is beyond economical repair or replacement parts are not available.
• Boiler repairs are limited to £250 for first 3 months of the cover
• Faults caused by sludge in the central heating system
• Faults caused by disconnection of electricity, gas or water services to you home.
• Trace and access
• Damage caused when you home is unoccupied for more that 28 days
• We do not cover Guest houses/B&Bs
